20. Familiar with RUS Specifications (overhead and underground).

21. Properly inspect and explain the use of rubber gloves and sleeves.

22. Locate nametag on synthetic sling and explain information found there.

23. Inspect and properly set up a ladder.

24. Tie the various knots used in the line trade.

25. Spend time climbing poles (only under the direction of a person in charge).

26. Ability to follow directions.

27. Positive attitude toward work and others.
