Registration Fees
Attendees:

VMDAEC Members: $400 per person (includes all meals and the reception)

Non-members: $550 per person (includes all meals and the reception)
- The E&O Conference registration deadline is Friday, April 22, 2022
- Co-ops/companies will be billed based on the figures in hand on Friday, April 22, 2022.
- Guests (non-conference attendees) will be billed for the following events attended:
- Thursday Breakfast $45
- Thursday Lunch $52
- Thursday Reception $65
- Friday Breakfast $30
- Friday Lunch $46
Vendors:
- The Vendor Expo is full.
- Vendors who have already purchased a booth need to complete an online registration.
- The Vendor Expo fee covers two representatives for Thursday meals and conference sessions. Maximum of two representatives per booth. Additional representatives should register and pay the attendee registration fee.
- Note: Vendors who register to attend Friday meals will be billed accordingly (see pricing above).
- Electricity Service to the vendor booth is $35.
- If you need electricity, please make the selection when registering.
- Electricity cannot be added when you arrive for the expo.
