  • Lobbies at both the state and federal level on legislation of interest and importance to electric cooperatives.
  • Provides analysis and updates of pending and enacted state and federal regulations affecting electric cooperatives.
  • Works and coordinates closely with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) to ensure success on federal issues.
  • Administers a political action committee (PAC).
