LTAP graduates celebrate completion of journey
On April 5, VMDAEC hosted a graduation ceremony at its Training Center in Palmyra, Va., celebrating completion of the Lineman Technician Apprenticeship Program by 13 apprentices. Association Manager of Safety Training J.T. Jacobs led the ceremony attended by family, friends and colleagues.
