The Good Samaritan Award honors exceptional individuals from Maryland, Virginia and Delaware who have provided exceptional service to others so extraordinary that it is worthy of this award, even if they have been honored previously.
The Unsung Virginian Award recognizes dedicated Virginians who have served others in the public or private sector without thought of personal gain and without ever having been recognized for their service.
An awards committee will review the nominations and select recipients, who will be recognized in their communities.
